Q1: Are you a factory or trading company? 
A1: We are a kitchen equipment factory in Guangzhou. Welcome to visit us any time.

Q2: Do you have MOQ requirement?

A2: Our MOQ is 10pcs depends on the products. For mass order, trial order is acceptable.

Q3. How about your quality?

A3: We received good reputation from customers because of good quality, and we have two showrooms in Guangzhou. When you visit us we can show our products to you in vision.

Q4: Do you have any certificate? Will I meet some problem if I distributing your products?
A4: All our electric products are CE approval. And we have ROHS and SGS certificate. They can be sold to your country freely.

Q5: Do you provide OEM service? Could I print our logo on the products?
A5: Yes, OEM service is supported. For mass order, we can print your brand on according to your requirement..

Q6: What is your lead time?
A6: Our lead time is 15~30 days depends on your order quantity. But for some regular products, we will have safety inventory.

Q7: How about your after sales-service?

A7: Our warranty is one year. During this time if there is any quality problem caused not by artificial damage. We will offer technical supports and spare parts according to the condition free of charge.

Q8:  Free Spare Parts

A8: We offer 2% free spare parts from order quantity when you order more than 100pcs in one time.

Q9: What is your payment method.

A9: T/T, Western Union, L/C, Paypal. Cash are supported.
