Our Story

The thought of creating a brand was first mooted in 2000 when Jean Yang was studying in France, before he ever set up his company.

After his returning to China, however, he found that the foodservice market was quite different from that seen in France. He realized that it was not the right time to have a brand and must put it on hold. Then in 2008, the company Shinelong was founded to deliver kitchen projects, from general restaurants to star hotels gradually.

In the years that followed, the company grew rapidly and started hiring more engineers and technicians. In 2014, a team was formed and got started product development and sales operations. The same year, brand FURNOTEL was registered and started to create its own lines of cooking equipment and refrigeration equipment.

After a few years of constant self-improvement and self adjustment, Furnotel has formed its own concept suitable for sustainable development. But at the same time, Furnotel is not independent, it grows with clients and distributors globally. All three supplement each other. In 2019, Furnotel started producing the first modular professional kitchen.

Furnotel’s commitment was, and still is, bringing gourmet to the world, characterised by innovation, design, quality and reliability.
